My 120lbs weight loss journey to achieve my DREAM BODY began in 2014. I looked down and realized how much weight I had gained. Over the next 5 years I lost some weight but kept gaining it back - 30lbs every Christmas... It wasn't until my 6th year that I figured it out.I found the secrets to a healthy weight loss. I lost 62lbs that year in 2 rounds of 90days. It took me 6 years to learn the SECRETS to a healthy weight loss... Using my Metabolic FIRE Protocol 🔥 without food restriction and doing the least amount of work to elicit the most amount of change. This allowed me to finally SUSTAIN my transformation. Now I eat around 2500calories a day to maintain it. With 120lbs weight loss under my belt, and Lukas’ 100lbs under his...there’s no question that a sustainable transformation is where we thrive.

At Lionheart Strength, we got a whole team behind you. I'm one of the 2 for 1 coaches you get with us. But I didn't always look this good. Back in high-school I played football and rugby and was always active. Then once I stopped playing sports I realized I had an extra 100lbs on me. Weighing me down everyday. My mental health was at an all time low. My physical health was a joke. When Crystal started working out for the first time, that's when my journey began. I first went for support and to show her what to do. Then I saw progress. And I was enjoying myself in the gym. Wanna hear the GAME CHANGER for me? Crystal’s Metabolic FIRE Protocol 🔥 This allowed me to eat MORE food WITHOUT restriction, drinking beer and eating pizza throughout. If that doesn't sound good enough already, my favourite part was going from #nodaysoff in the gym to doing the least amount of work to elicit the most amount of change. With 100lbs weight loss under my belt, and Crystal’s 120lbs under hers...there’s no question that a sustainable transformation is where we thrive

You have given me all the tools I need each week. I just need to keep remembering to be consistent and in time it will come. Consistency and patience for long term success. Well worth the money to learn the tools I needed. Biggest breakthrough has been my mental state. I have needed someone to really help me with this. It’s definitely something I am still working on each day.

I was super excited, I was into it, doing everything right, and then by the end of the week (week 1) it was a complete 180°. “I don’t wanna do this, I can do this by myself. It was negative thoughts. I didn’t even complete my week 1 check-in. It was ups and downs with my mental health the first week. I was so up then I crashed by the end of it. I was ready to quit the program. Looking at that now, that was me giving up so early before the ball even got rolling. Not taking those baby steps that you urge us all to take.In the beginning you have to take it slow. I did not. And it did not work out for me. We definitely needed that call afterwards. If you’re sitting on the fence and you’re thinking about doing it (investing in yourself), and you have the means to, just go ahead and do it. It’s 100% going to be worth it. You’re going to feel great and start seeing these changes in your body that come from making the small daily changes. Don’t wait until you have a mental breakdown and come crying to Coach (Crystal). Any time is good(to join) but if you can do it when you’re already feeling okay, don’t wait until you’re having a struggle.

I’m still eating plenty of food. I did not give up any of my holiday sweets. Whenever I reach out to Crystal she always gets back to me super quick. As for the workouts I really enjoy being in the gym. That’s definitely my favourite part of the whole process - way better than you know, just eating less. I like how (Crystal) tailored that part to me. I feel a lot more comfortable in my clothes, and I'm excited to see how much more I'll lose in the next couple of weeks! I do want to thank you for taking me this far! I've learned so much and I'm extremely grateful for everything.
