We run our program nationally. Our coaching cost depends on circumstances. We’d have to have a call to see if you qualify for the program.
Coach Crystal and Coach Lukas are your two new coaches. We specialize in different areas to help you through your journey in more places than other coaches. Most coaches have a Personal Trainer certification under their belt; we continue to educate ourselves in as many specialties as possible to aid you through your tailored programming.
Meal plans do not teach you anything and do not set you up for life. We teach beyond this and how to make the right decision for your own goals with your food choices. No eliminating food groups or our favourite foods. We teach you how to be successful at all stages with your nutrition, how to build simple and more complex meals successfully, and how to eat out without stress.
We start with full video assessments of your movement patterns to fix imbalances, posture, eliminate pain, and strengthen everyday movements. Diving deep into your goals, we tailor all programming to your needs—gym & at-home workouts available. New workouts are provided weekly. Inside, your app will have us doing the movements alongside you and written instructions, rest times, and more. All you have to fill out is how much weight or bodyweight you lifted!
